where it operates.

Estateguru is suited for both new as well as more advanced

Max Crowdfund is one of the more recent real estate lending platforms
created in 2020 by the real estate company Max Property Group. The loan
marketplace is regulated by the Dutch Financial Authorities. The investors
are able to invest in real estate loans from project developers in Netherlands,
Germany, UK, and Belgium. Even though loans from many countries are
available, investors still face a cash drag occasionally.

Max Crowdfund can be used by both new and advanced investors. However,
you have to keep in mind that even though your investment is secured by
collateral, the loan marketplace does not offer buyback guarantee nor a
secondary market. This means that you won't have an option to exit your
investments earlier and you will have to wait till loan maturity.

InRento is one of the freshest yet most promising real estate investment
marketplaces in Europe. It distinguishes itself from the other loan
marketplaces by offering to invest only in buy-to-let real estate projects. This means
that, in case the project is sold at a higher price than initially stated,
investors receive not just the interest for the capital lent but also part of
the capital gains earned.

Rento is suited for investors who do not mind investing in long term projects
(usually, the term on InRento ranges from 12 months to 120 months).
However, keep in mind that new projects appear very infrequently, thus,
keep an eye out on the market to not miss new opportunities.
